Returns

Our goal is to exceed your expectations and ensure you are happy with your gemstone purchases from us. Happy customers are repeat customers and our best advertisers. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us at help@pmgems.com.

If you have reached out to us and we have approved your return, please see the Shipping section below. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and you have not notified us of any concern, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your gemstone must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Setting the gemstone, however temporarily, constitutes use. Any gemstone returned must be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You are responsible for shipping costs to return your item. If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
